Please note that a $350 Housekeeping fee will be added to the weekly rate which will cover Daily Housekeeping service.
A 12.5% governmental tourist tax will be added to your rental
A $1,000.00 USD security deposit will be required at the time of reservation
After inspection of the property, the security deposit will be returned within 15 days after check-out minus a $350 cleaning fee.
The rental includes occupancy of the entire property - both the main and guest house, for a combined 6 bedrooms, which can sleep a total of 14 people.
Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the entire property. (Indoor and outdoor)
Two outdoor grills are available for your convenience.
State of the art Sonos sound system is available for use throughout the entire property. Everything is controlled from your personal devices, with the capability to be used and controlled by multiple people simultaneously, all of which can be done wirelessly via Spotify. (Must have the app to use, link is provided below)
